Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.

- Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Enable Product Delivery at Scale
- Build and manage operating mechanisms that keep complex product programs on track, ensuring clear accountability across product, engineering, and partner teams.
- Drive Outcome Measurement
- Define and track KPIs that measure product success (e.g., adoption, conversion, TPV, financial impact), and provide actionable insights that inform roadmap and investment decisions.
- Operationalize Strategic Partnerships
- Support co-developed product initiatives with global platforms and merchants, coordinating joint operating cadences, milestone tracking, and cross-company reporting.
- Optimize Product Development Processes
- Identify bottlenecks in the product lifecycle and implement scalable processes to improve speed-to-market and execution quality.
- Business Analysis for Product Teams
- Deliver structured analysis on product performance, customer outcomes, and competitive dynamics to shape strategic and operational decision-making.
- Resource & Planning Alignment
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles for product teams, aligning headcount, budget, and priorities to maximize business impact.
