Essential Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
In this highly visible and fast-paced role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to enable seamless organizational operations.
Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic and business operations. Oversee the optimization of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across Global Credit Risk (GCR), with a focus on long-term sustainability and scalability.
Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, leadership alignment, and team engagement, including staff meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, and All Hands.
Proactively identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks. Champion continuous improvement and process automation.
Create roadmaps, project plans, change management strategies, task tracking systems, and reporting methodologies to monitor progress.
Partner with Finance, HR, and other departments to support contingent worker/vendor management and headcount planning.
Implement performance metrics and an OKR framework to measure operational effectiveness and guide business decisions.
Drive engagement across GCR, including team member communication channels, town halls, and organizational newsletters.
7+ years of proven experience in business operations, strategy, or program management, with at least 2 years in a fintech or financial services company.
Experience developing both high-level and operational strategies, and leading change in highly matrixed organizations across multiple time zones.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and business intelligence tools.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, collaborate effectively, and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get things doneeven the smallest tasks.
Bachelor’s degree required.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
