What we are looking for
- Nova Seeks an EHS Specialist to manage EHS system to prevent any accident/incident for employees and customers.
- As an EHS Specialist you will play a pivotal role in Service Business team contributing to the overall success of Service Business team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about semiconductor EHS and are eager to make a meaningful impact through EHS system.
- The role involves intensive work and cooperation with Nova’s service divisions and other corporate teams (HR, business, and finance etc.)
What you will be doing
- Supervising overall review of EHS-related documents and tasks.
- Managing EHS-related government affairs and responding to customer and HQ requirements, activities, and events.
- Providing EHS legal education to executives and employees.
- Conducting quarterly industrial safety and health committee meetings and prepare minutes.
- Managing EHS systems at each site.
- Responding to fire drills and related regular training.
- Conducting employee health checkups and managing employee health counseling program.
- Performing EHS tasks related to in-house subcontracting.
Requirements
- 2+ years total experience in EHS.
- Above associate degree in occupational health and safety, or Environmental Engineering.
- Qualification in Industrial Safety Engineer, Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer, or Atmospheric Environment Engineer (Professional Engineer or Industrial Engineer level.)
- English communication skills (speaking and writing both)
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and drive results.
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
Advantages
