Job Description

1. Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and3. Assures operational quality of system equipment.
4. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
5. Engage, communicate and co-work with Product Support Organization on escalated technical matters.


Minimum Qualifications

1. Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years

2. Strong “learn to action” skill, discipline, and communications / interpersonal skills;4. Ability to work under pressure;
5. Proficient in the English language;
6. The ability of logical thinking.

7. Optics relative experience would be plus
