Key responsibilities include:

• Elevate and champion Enterprise Data customer support agenda

• Develop sustainable feedback loops to address customer challenges

• Provide differentiated support experiences for key moments

• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution

• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes

• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment

• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value out of target state tools & platforms

We want you if you are:

• Extremely organized with strong task coordination, and time management skills to drive and deliver results

• Able to handle ambiguity and able to dive deep without losing sight of the project’s direction and commitment

• Experienced communicating and influencing senior leaders and partners

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 1 Year of People Management experience
• At least 4 years of experience in solutions architecture, professional services or project management with client-facing experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of financial industries and data technology
• Exposure to Agile methodology

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $172,900 - $197,300 for Sr Manager, Project ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
