Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cloud and ETL engineers to deliver high-quality managed services to our clients.
  • Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate multiple data sources into AWS cloud environments.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AWS services and ETL processes.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align managed services with business objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, including regular status updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and manage service delivery to meet or exceed these standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS features and ETL best practices to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cloud services, with a focus on AWS and ETL processes.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams in a managed services environment.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and AWS Glue.
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
