In this role, you should have strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow application.
You will be responsible for working closely with the ServiceNow project manager and implementing various solutions within the platform.
- Design, develop and implement ITSM Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, Portal, HRSD, ITOM, SAM within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems
- Developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
- Consuming Knowledge regarding the latest changes in the ServiceNow platform
- Evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities
- Training, documentation, and support to the organizational teams
- Maintenance, including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and in the highest quality
- Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.
- Stay up do date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to improvement efforts.
- Manage ServiceNow software upgrades and patching lifecycles
- Responsible for unit testing and end to end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment to production environments
- Collaborate with colleagues as a technical mentor, sharing technical information, knowledge, and expertise
