You will be working with cross-company groups to understand their needs, design solutions, and deliver them while providing top-quality service. This includes application issue resolution, configuration, managing security/permissions, providing support for users, and supporting any IT system malfunctioning issues.
The role requires extensive knowledge of various business applications and services, system analysis experience, document requirements, and excellent end-to-end project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of IT projects - Act as activity/project manager of enhancements and required upgrades including design, configuration, progress status, and monitoring through the development lifecycle
- Hands-on implementation and support on knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Monday.com, Calendly
- Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned applications & stakeholders
- Successful delivery on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality standards
- Take part in the review, selection, and implementation of new systems to meet company objectives
- Provide enterprise-wide technical support for the company's business applications. This includes problem identification and resolution within SLA
- Document all system changes and educate all affected users on solution enhancements / new solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues as a technical mentor, sharing technical information, knowledge, and expertise
- Matrix management of resources such as IT cross functions, external vendors, and other resources within the company
