As a Trusts & Estates Professional - Associate within our Trusts & Estates team, you will be a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in Trust Services. You will be assisting the Trusts & Estates team in the US with various tasks in the account management process. This role provides an opportunity to understand various aspects of the Trusts & Estates business and deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute instructions for opening and maintaining bank and investment accounts.
- Prepare subscription and redemption requests for private equity and similar arrangements.
- Update and maintain databases related to financial transactions, tax, valuations, and trust party data.
- Prepare and dispatch introductory packages to relevant trust parties.
- Draft letters and instructions for credit requests, terminations, and routine transactions.
- Lead stakeholder reporting and provide status updates for support activities.
- Manage people by coaching and mentoring junior professionals.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Possess international trust administration experience
- Understand related legal, tax, and financial concepts
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and risk management, exhibiting critical analysis and judgment.
- Manage relationships exceptionally, liaising effectively with internal and external partners.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills with 3-4 years of experience managing teams.
- Develop relationships with colleagues within the team in India and the Global Trusts & Estates Practice.
