Responsible for performing phone calls to insurance providers to get the latest information on insurance policies
Processing payments and posting transactions for timely review and servicing of insurance policies
Knowledge of MS-office for performing calculations and creating MIS reports on a periodical basis
Managing servicing of a predefined set of insurance policies and acting as the primary interface for the business partners for such policies, while displaying excellent time management and workflow management abilities
Actively liaise with global business partners and insurance companies for timely resolution of exceptions
Managing deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests
Organizational contribution by taking up a role to support organization wide initiatives
Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Ability to understand nuances and terminologies related to insurance policies and/or financial industry
Knowledge of Trust & Estate business will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy
Understands risk associated with processing and is able to effectively manage them through appropriate controls
Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams
Analytical – should be able to contribute to the culture of constant improvement
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of work
Adaptability - ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
