Customer Acquisition

  • Follow up on leads generated through scheduled marketing events and activities, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms and field sales team
  • Support clinical education events by promoting events with customers and driving event registration
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, company events as required

Re-engagement

  • Engage with active, certified providers to strengthen clinical confidence, foster case growth, and drive continuous usage of Invisalign and iTero products
  • Conduct regular outbound calls to providers, focusing on commercial activities, promotions, and engagement to stimulate new and ongoing product use throughout the year
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with providers through consistent, proactive outreach via phone and email
  • Learn and Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on developments in dental and orthodontic equipment, enabling you to confidently support providers and discuss best practices
  • Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Salesforce

  • Excellent active listening skills and easily build rapport
  • Previous internal sales experience or strong customer service skills in an outbound environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication tools, with an aptitude for learning product specifics and best practices
  • Ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of on-target achievement
  • Professional communication skills for workplace
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, identifying decision-makers, and navigating complex situations
  • Excellent time management skills with a high level of self-motivation, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
