Customer Acquisition
- Follow up on leads generated through scheduled marketing events and activities, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms and field sales team
- Support clinical education events by promoting events with customers and driving event registration
- Attend sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, company events as required
Re-engagement
- Engage with active, certified providers to strengthen clinical confidence, foster case growth, and drive continuous usage of Invisalign and iTero products
- Conduct regular outbound calls to providers, focusing on commercial activities, promotions, and engagement to stimulate new and ongoing product use throughout the year
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with providers through consistent, proactive outreach via phone and email
- Learn and Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on developments in dental and orthodontic equipment, enabling you to confidently support providers and discuss best practices
- Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Salesforce
