About the team and the role: As an Inventory Logistics Specialist based onsite at Goldin in Runnemede, New Jersey, you will oversee international logistics and vendor management to optimize processes and P&L for the logistics workstream.
What you will accomplish:
- Vendor Management and Optimization : Build and optimize relationships with customs brokers and international logistics companies, directly reducing costs and improving service delivery.
- International Logistics Oversight : Oversee all international inventory movements, ensuring seamless transitions and enhancing overall logistics efficiency.
- Cost Management and Process Improvement : Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing service quality or customs accuracy, directly affecting the bottom line and customer satisfaction.
- High-Value and Hand Carry Logistics : Manage logistics for high-value items, ensuring their safe and secure transport. At times, travel will be required to international events to hand carry inventory and act as on-site loss prevention.
- Event Logistics Coordination : Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring secure display and efficient post-event handling of inventory.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration : Bridge operations between logistics, customer service, sales, and warehouse teams, ensuring departmental alignment.
- Innovation and Strategic Initiatives : Lead initiatives to pilot new logistics methods or technologies that enhance operational scalability.
- Domestic Shipping Support : Pack and ship domestic items when time allows.

- Proven experience within the e-commerce, specialty or collectibles industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics networks and vendor relationships effectively.

Qualification Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on international and high-value item transactions.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$84,800 - $146,900
