This is an onsite assigned role and would required to be in the Boston Scientific Marlborough, MA location.
Your responsibilities will include:
(future installation*)on scope cleaning upon device return to inventory
Developing and maintaining an inventory management system and process that enables control and organization for a dynamic scheduling and maintenance environment
Collaborating with functional partners to fulfill an event schedule including both on campus and off-site training events, when applicable
Preparing and executing equipment shipment for events. Upon return, item will undergo a functional and performance quality check to deem acceptable for use or needed repair – will liaise with third party vendors on repair needs and advise on capital investments and purchases
Summarize data around logistics, requests, and usage to inform business decisions
As a primary resource for EIC and secondary for Professional Education and Sales Training, providing additional support for equipment set-up and tear down, with potential for station support upon request for complex events
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent experience in absence of bachelor's degree
Proven experience and familiar with Endoscopy capital equipment including setup, function, and application in a training / non-clinical environment
Proven experience in logistics, requests and familiarity with similar software (E.g- ServiceNow)
Basic competency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel – up to 10% in Marlborough BSC campus (occasionally on weekends and overnight travel)
Preferred qualifications:
Exposure to endoscopy medical devices is preferred.
Must be energetic, adaptable, determined, and action and solution-oriented
Ability to manage multiple events at a time, ranging in complexity
BSC experience and/or industry knowledge a plus
Maximum Salary: $ 151400
