Key Responsibilities

• AGS service contract booking and billing following internal policies
• Process Audit review
• Conduct training and experience sharing
• Join project development or system enhancement
• Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
• Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and teams chat
• Generate reports & track orders, opportunities, booking and billing
• Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products
• Can support travel in 10%
• Can support overtime when urgency happen
• Can understanding the vacation limitation during specific period
• Familiar with SAP will be a plus
• Excellent in Excel will be a plus
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 860) is a must
