Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and non-paid media strategies across various channels to drive adidas' growth.
  • Collaborate with internal adidas departments such as E-commerce, Traffic, Analytics, Products, Merchandising, and Retail to ensure alignment on media strategies and objectives.
  • Foster positive, productive relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure the successful implementation of media campaigns.
  • Manage and guide the relationship with the media agency, Mediacom, to achieve targeted outcomes, driving paid media performance in line with business goals.
  • Set annual media targets in collaboration with the agency and adidas hub teams and develop monthly strategies to drive performance and ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize media performance through data-driven insights, adjusting strategies to ensure monthly and yearly KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the desired outcomes of ROI and ROAS across all channels.
  • Develop easy-to-understand reporting dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity on campaign performance, operational efficiency, and overall impact.
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging media trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize media strategies, driving continuous improvement in paid media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute campaigns with a strong focus on achieving cost per conversion (CPA) and overall growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a performance marketing role, with a focus on managing paid and non-paid media channels, including social, SEM, display, and more.
  • Experience working with media agencies and managing relationships to drive campaign success.
  • Min 4 Years of experience in media agencies or brand under Performance/Media marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of data and data modeling, and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
  • Experience in setting and achieving yearly targets and creating effective monthly strategies in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Expertise in using media platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Amplitude and other relevant tools to drive campaign execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A creative and critical thinker who can proactively identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
