Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the digital publishing strategy across owned and paid social according to the global brand and category calendars
- Support planning and content creation to deliver to the global brand and category calendars
- Develop a social media strategy across performance and originals category.
- Drive visibility for adidas runners’ community through an always on publishing plan.
- Create and implement the social media calendar for the brand on a monthly basis.
- Partner with internal teams such as business units, PR, digital and media teams to achieve business goals through end-to-end campaign planning and execution across social media
- Support the Newsroom Head Office team – PR, Asset Publishing, Analytics – to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
- Ensure all campaigns and content are fully tagged and tracked to support measurement and advanced analytics efforts
- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns across social media channels.
- Identify platform trends and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital publishing output and the wider team
KPI’s:- Engagement rate across all content posted on brand social handle
- Increase in overall followers on the social brand media handle
- Execution excellence in managing page and delivering OTIF on campaign content
- Timely execution & planning of social media plan for all campaigns & activations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Significant knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship,retail) with focused expertise in social media management
- Good understanding of the creative thinking and development process.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- High understanding of owned channel and paid social landscape
- Advanced experience with all major social media networks: Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, Snapchat etc.
- Naturally curious and motivated by the ever-changing world of digital and mobile
- Strong understanding of social media trends across sport and lifestyle
- Ability to work across multiple functions with exemplary cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness and influencing skills.
- Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks
- Advanced presentation and organizational skills
- Understand the Editorial process
- Copywriting skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing communications or a related field
- 5+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
