What you’ll achieve

As the
Test Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for driving validation excellence and collaborating with ODMs and technology providers to achieve end-to-end validation coverage. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on critical projects and technologies.

You will:

• Drive Validation Excellence and Initiatives:

  • Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve validation processes and methodologies.
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.
  • Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the testing team.

• Collaborate with ODMs and Technology Providers:

  • Work closely with ODM partners to ensure comprehensive validation coverage.
  • Engage with technology providers to validate components and subsystems.
  • Establish strong relationships to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and at least 10 years of industry experience.

• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile development models.

• Ability to design, execute, and analyze validation tests.

Desirable Requirements

• Understand the technologies of PC hardware, software, and ecosystem components.
