Experience-Based Testing
- Perform experience-based testing beyond standard criteria, including installation, reimaging, and administration on pre-release Dell Client systems.
- Discover and manage issues that negatively impact customer experience across diverse usage models.
- Communicate experience-based concerns across the product portfolio.
Data Analytics and AI Integration
- Utilize advanced data and AI tools to extract insights from large datasets.
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to identify patterns, automate data processing, and anticipate business actions.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with 0–3 years of relevant experience in client PC system testing.
- Proficiency in programming and analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and UI development frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, IIS, C#).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of PC architecture and industry technologies, including graphics, networking, and system performance.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI applied to large datasets.
- Excellent command and conflict management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
