Job responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks efficiently, including preparing letters, initiating vendor services, processing vouchers, and coordinating with employees or stakeholders to resolve any insufficiencies.
- Ensure data accuracy while updating HR systems and provide timely updates to prevent any impact on Payroll.
- Participate in reconciliation between HR systems, ensuring records are accurately updated in the required systems.
- Review payroll-related line entries before payouts to expats, and provide inputs to Expat Payroll, including one-time inputs, prorated amounts, termination, or unpaid leave of absence data.
- Produce reports and analytics related to processes from a control perspective, including tracking visa status and expiring documents.
- Implement controls and best practices within the function, aligned with the firm’s culture and conduct.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 6 years in Operations or Global Mobility delivery.
- A strong process orientation and grasp of data protection regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate with senior HR colleagues and managers, including stakeholders across different regions.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a customer service mindset, capable of handling challenging situations effectively.
- Highly motivated and adaptable, able to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to promptly resolve issues, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and caseloads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite for creating presentations and performing analysis.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of tax, immigration, and relocation services is preferred.
