Commerce Manager:
Your role:
Set the strategy of the e-commerce channel.
Responsible for the sales of the e-commerce channel
Development and optimization of customer journey and sales via digital channels based on best-in-class benchmarks.
Optimization of omni-channel experience, sales, and services
Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the ecommerce channel by continuously optimizing the end-to-end business.
Responsible for the merchandising strategy based on consumer needs.
Responsible for the quality of the e-commerce platform
Optimizing the e-commerce channel using Lean methodology including leading weekly DM meetings including sales analysis, conversion reports and online consumer behavior
You're the right fit if:
You've got proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager (critical requirement);
You are fluent in English and at least conversational in Dutch (B1 level minimum)
You have worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team;
You're comfortable with setting up and optimizing funnel growth strategies, products, and processes;
You have an analytical mindset and keen sense of performance;
You're proactive and motivated, ready to tackle all challenges with enthusiasm.
