This position is based in The Netherlands.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining a consistent retail pricing logic across channels (Philips Store & marketplaces).
Monitoring retail pricing across channels and competitors and driving tactical price promotions.
Monitoring and reporting IGM and ISM, making sure that our pricing is in line with our goals and targets.
Aligning promotion pricing with the responsible Merchandising Managers
Ensuring the realization of promotions & closely monitor correct execution.
Monitoring promotional ROI and reflect insights to the Consumer Store team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Master degree with < 5 years work experience
Experience in a pricing, commercial, finance, strategic, or audit role
Experience in the healthcare and/or consumer products domain
Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures and
Strong commercial understanding
Ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer)
Project management skills
Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on
Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
