Your day-to-day:
Operational Efficiency: Oversee andoptimizeday-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the business unit.Identifyprocess improvements and implement changes to streamline operations
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to develop and execute strategic plans. Support the alignment of operational activities with the company’s long-term goals andobjectives
Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
Leadership Updates:Develop and deliver presentations to leadership, keeping them informed on the progress of key initiatives. Provide clear, concise updates and actionable insights to support strategic decisions
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Commercial Leaders and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
What do you need to bring:
+ years of business planning and experience in a large-scale, matrixed, high-growth environment
2+ year of management consulting or similar workpreferred
Proventrack recordof success in collaborating and executing in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping small businesses succeed
