Your day-to-day:

• Operational Efficiency: Oversee andoptimizeday-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the business unit.Identifyprocess improvements and implement changes to streamline operations

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to develop and execute strategic plans. Support the alignment of operational activities with the company’s long-term goals andobjectives

• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

• Leadership Updates:Develop and deliver presentations to leadership, keeping them informed on the progress of key initiatives. Provide clear, concise updates and actionable insights to support strategic decisions

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Commercial Leaders and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

What do you need to bring:

• + years of business planning and experience in a large-scale, matrixed, high-growth environment

• 2+ year of management consulting or similar workpreferred
