Job Description:
Manage operating routines thatfacilitatedecision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership off sites, All Hands, etc. Set the agenda,participatein the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes.Drive execution of tasks and follow ups.
Define an operating framework that enables visibility, accountability,and activation on GM priorities
Conduct andsupport onstrategic analysis within GM for various meetings both regular and ad
andoptimizeoperating routines for the business unit and create supporting collateral (agendas, slides, etc.
Partner within and outside the GM organization to lead complex initiatives,operatingat the strategic and tactical level to ensureappropriate participationand delivery
Act as a liaison between GM and other teams, ensuring alignment and integration of GM initiatives with broader business goals
Lead and ensure delivery against cross-functional initiatives including gathering and analysis of relevant data and development of actionable recommendations and measurement
Collaborate with Communications partners to create an end-to-end GM communications strategy
