Major responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Gain deep subject-matter expertise within security and compliance processes, systems, and data.

· Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery

· Partner with key stakeholders in ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure(DR), and Global Security to enable a product roadmap based upon business priorities

· Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad

· Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often.

· Drive release and operational support planning and execution

· Serve as primary contact point for questions on design/development related questions.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· 5+ years of relevant work experience (security/risk management or service management)

· Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience

· Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security modules

applications including industry trends.

· Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners

· Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

· Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad

· Previous experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences
