Additional responsibilities would include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data needs in support of analytics capabilities to drive data driven business outcomes.
  • Define capability roadmaps to address business needs.
  • Continuously refine objectives and key results (OKRs) based on business and IT defined priorities by collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Oncology data used to support business outcomes, including in-house and external data.
  • Provide product ownership responsibility for Oncology Data and Analytics capabilities by ensuring all technical deliverables meet necessary standards and strive for innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions for the business.
  • Support the implementation of refinements that enable continuous improvement in delivery.
  • Ensure quality and understanding of end-to-end solutions for Oncology Data and Analytics projects.
  • Support and help define change management activities for the given product.
  • Coordinate and support Data Science needs within the Global Oncology Data Services.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics Architect and Leads to ensure solutions leverage existing architecture patterns and products.

You will work and learn more about:

  • Oncology Business.
  • Enabling data and analytics capability to support business strategy.
  • Working with global teams and leveraging the hub network.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in the Data and Analytics space.
  • Experience with leading teams and eliciting requirements for complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of data management best practices
  • Ability to lead requirements sessions with clients and project teams.
  • Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Oncology or Pharma related area.
  • Strong technical understanding of tools and architecture
  • High proficiency in Information Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting Requirement Elicitation

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
