Provide strategic guidance and leadership to production teams, helping them navigate changes in workflows, tools, and operational requirements.
Work closely with Program Management and Production Solutions leadership to track progress on workflow integrations and operational improvements.
Develop and implement training materials, guides, and best practices to empower production teams in handling evolving production demands.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Lead efforts to streamline production processes, enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and collaboration.
Gather feedback from production teams on workflow adoption challenges and refine processes to improve usability and effectiveness.
Define and implement clear handoff points between production functions to reduce friction in day-to-day operations.
Monitor the success of workflow integrations, driving iterative improvements based on data, feedback, and on-the-ground insights.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
Collaborate with vendors, studios, and external partners to ensure alignment on new workflow implementations and best practices.
Act as a regional production operations leader, advocating for EMEA’s unique challenges in global discussions on workflow integration and production efficiency.
Stay informed on industry trends, operational best practices, and emerging challenges in production workflows.
Production & Workflow Expertise
10+ years of experience in production operations, production management, post-production, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of on-set production workflows, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience working with Production, Post, VFX, and Content Operations teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.
Extensive experience with production logistics, vendor engagement, and managing multi-region content production.
Collaboration & Communication
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams at all levels.
Proven experience managing cross-functional environments and balancing input from multiple stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience leading collaboration across internal teams, external vendors, and regional partners.
Problem-Solving & Leadership
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues, developing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance production efficiency.
Ability to navigate highly dynamic, fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively and managing competing demands.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with extensive experience in workflow assessment, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
