Value of the role
Bridge communications and vision from our Global HQ to our EMEA Stakeholders - ensuring we are aligned globally and regionally on every program
In conjunction with Global Brand, deliver a perfect brand experience at our marquee event franchises in EMEA
Work across multiple European countries, with a strong operational focus and a hands-on attitude in a hyper-growth, start-up environment
Partnering with Marketing Operations to define registration flow to ensure we’re filling our events with the right people
Creation of customer journey’s for each program to ensure leads are nurtured with the right content by persona post-event
Work closely with global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for main campaign, deadlines are adhered to, events messaging, brand, etc
Project managing every program by setting, communicating and maintaining timelines with the EMEA Marketing team
In collaboration with Marketing Intelligence, setting response and pipeline goals for each program
Provide regular reporting on program performance to leadership team
Skills And Experience
Experience: 7+ years of events and demand generation experience working with a multinational company going through hyper-growth
Communication : Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages
Collaborative : Excellent collaboration and alignment skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional marketing and sales teams
Analytical : Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
Tech-savvy : Familiarity with marketing platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, event platforms, and other marketing technology
Results-Oriented : A track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation
