IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

  • Execution-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.

  • Enterprise AI/ML Customer Focus: In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise AI/ML leadership.

  • Relationship Management at Scale: Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Enterprise Sales Mindset: Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Technical AI/ML Understanding: Familiarity with LLMs, data science products, and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.

  • Partnership Experience is optional: Experience managing partnerships is welcomed but not mandatory.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role in the AI/ML industry.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $246,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
