Your key responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end implementation projects from across regions and businesses
  • Managing complex projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction
  • Understanding the impact of scope changes and adjusts project plans and communicates accordingly
  • Owning, governing and enhancing the implementation methodology along with the Senior Manager on a real time basis
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive implementation, projects & change across the organization
  • High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various project stages
  • Project management - process implementation, prepare project plan (both detailed & high level), volume ramp plan, Knowledge Transfer, communication plan, governance plan

Skills and attributes for success

  • Collaborative working style
  • Risk and issue management
  • Understanding of Tax/Finance process (preferred)
  • Stakeholder and Budget management
  • Sound knowledge on MS office suite
  • Power-BI and Macros (preferred)

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 6-9 yrs. overall experience
  • Client transition specialist
  • Industry Type: Finance (Tax/F&A), Banking

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Project Management (PMP/Prince2 or Agile certified) – (preferred)
