Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in public affairs, government relations, executive communications, program management, or related areas.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience leading complex projects independently, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across diverse teams and storytelling skills; able to distill complex policy and business topics for varied audiences.
- Experience working with government officials and corporate executives; demonstrated ability to represent organizational priorities with professionalism and credibility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience using Microsoft Copilot or interest in AI-powered tools is a plus.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; ability to prioritize, adapt, and respond with agility.
- Skilled at synthesizing briefing materials and engaging in substantive dialogue with senior stakeholders.
- Passion for building scalable programs and delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.
