As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior, Manager Finance EMEA to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the finance team
• Responsible for compliance with local accounting standards
• Support of subsidiaries (shared services)
• Implementation and compliance with tax requirements (e.g., EStG, KStG, GewStG, UStG)
• Ongoing assessment and optimization of existing processes and implementation of corporate guidelines
• Monitoring and control of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assessment and evaluation of customer ratings
• Cash forecasting, planning, and accounts payable management
• Compliance with reporting obligations (UVA, ZM, commercial register)
• Contact person for local and international auditors
• Responsible for or participation in assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a (International) Certified Accountant qualification or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or similar
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from, which does not include annual incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and/or experiences.
