You will primarily support the Emerging Talent Recruiting team, assisting recruiters and leaders with tasks such as creating candidate pipelines, conducting talent market research, and providing administrative support for day-to-day team engagement activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating projects like the EMEA Graduate Program, including support during Assessment Center (AC) Days and throughout the recruitment process.
In this role you will:Support the Emerging Talent team in Graduate Hiring for the EMEA region.
Assist in professional tech and non-tech recruiting, sourcing, and coordination as needed.
Conduct market research with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Help organize recruiting events and team engagement activities.
Develop recruiting-related resources and presentations as required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Psychology, Marketing, or a business-related field with a keen interest in talent acquisition.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in standard software applications (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) and eager to learn new tools.
Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations, templates, documentation, and metrics overviews is preferred.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
