What you'll do

• Create and publish appealing job postings
• Support preparation of Workers Council hearings
• Support active candidate sourcing via Linkedin and setting up candidate pipelines
• Assist within several Recruiting Initiatives and Team Workshops
• Maintain an internal Knowledge Platform by using MS SharePoint
• Participate in internal HR/Recruiting projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a University or an University of Applied Sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or Business Psychology
• MS Office skills are required
• First experience in using SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus
• Fluent German language skills and very good English skills
