What you'll do
During the employment as a working student (f/m/d) you will gain insight into various areas of Partner Ecosystem Success and take on responsible tasks such as:
- Support in projects on global, regional and market unit level in the area, Demand Generation, Campaigns, Partner Enablement Programs, Partner Business Optimization initiatives and Partner Sales Performance
- Support with planning, control and implementation of programs and initiatives, including monitoring and the creation of reports and analyses
- Participation in the strategic conception of partner related business programs and models along the sell/-build partner journey
- Supporting a strategic transformation project with global, regional and local aspects
- Coordination and cooperation with our market units in the creation of plans and the resulting execution of campaigns
- Takeover of sub-projects regarding partner business optimization initiatives
- Illustrating and presenting approaches and ideas
- Support ad-hoc project management for a variety of ongoing projects
What you bring
- Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a Bachelor or Masters program in a business or technical field, or respectively equivalent practical experience
- A “can do” attitude with an open and curious mindset for growth
- Organizational talent to drive a multitude of topics proactively forward
- Enthusiasm to solve strategic and complex business challenges
- Good understanding or interest on sales and marketing processes
- IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Excel, others)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. German is a plus but not required
- Very good project management skills
- Financial understanding and capabilities (business planning/- cases)
- Ability to work conceptually and analytically
- Very reliable with a proactive, creative and structured work behaviour
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and an open-minded self-starter
- High level of commitment and initiative
