Job Description
1. Manage software field escalation of regional customers from beginning to close.
2. Handle software field escalation as 1st front line.
3. Act as on-site contact point of SW team.
4. Follow KLA product development processes, and work on all aspects of software project including requirement definition, design, development, deployment, and customer support
5. Develop/fix features/bugs using object-oriented programming languages. (C#, C++)
Minimum Qualifications
- MS Degree and related work experience of 3 years; BS Degree and related work experience of 5 years
- Major int Computer science, software engineering and related technical fields (electronics, physics, automation, mathematics, etc.)
- Experience on one or more of following object-oriented programming languages : C#, C++ based on Windows OS.
- Data structures, algorithms, multithread programming, object-oriented analysis / design and programming are essential.
- Knowledge of network, database management, architecture, design patterns, automated unit test and software development process is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving and software debugging abilities.
