Responsibilities
- KLA OMD PLC representative facing Korea customer
- Own and lead program and technical meetings with the customer
- Collaborate and interact daily with the relevant OMD PLCs
- Understand customer needs – needs and schedule
- Present Korea customers engagements in executive reviews
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Lead on site engagement of new feature/products
- Ensure Engineering effort are focused on solving customer problems in a timely manner
- Own the engineering action, able to address issues as they occur
- Identify issues and gaps in real time as they arise to enable proactive actions to minimize the need for escalations
Minimum Qualifications
Positions require a minimum of a MS Degree (PhD preferred) in technical areas (i.e. optics, electronics, mechanics, software)
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex customer engagements in semiconductor industry
- Understanding of litho/ fab processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex multidisciplinary programs
- Very good customer facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to present at the most senior levels of an organization with positive results
