Monitor the network, servers, hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, and remote technologies
Field incoming calls, help clients troubleshoot IT 1st level issues, diagnose network and server problems, and provide resolutions
Oversee the preventative maintenance of all networking equipment for various industries
Document all incoming calls and record the technical issues addressed in each call
Analyze data, build and provide reports base on that data
Maintain logs of resolutions, communicate with vendors about ongoing problems, and use a ticketing system to update information regarding the progress of each call
All you need is:
Engineering degree student with at least four semesters remaining
Ability to work weekends and nights
Ability to provide 5 shifts per week including at least one shift during Sunday-Thursday daytime.
