JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Tableau/PowerBI.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities. Examine current crediting process and help streamline number of resources and automation of the process. Support implementing the GDM model.
    • Utilize historical data and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections. Analysis of Salesforce pipeline & historic sales performance to support annual/quarterly quota planning exercises.
    • Monitor and track sales performance against targets and objectives. Identify areas of improvement and work with sales teams to develop action plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
    • Work closely with sales teams, finance, and other departments to foster collaboration and alignment. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing guidance and support to enable data-driven decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science,Statistics, or a related discipline.
    • 2+ years of experience in an analytics role; 1+ years of experience with datavisualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
    • Experience with working with SAP Commissions/SAP Territory & Quota with a focus on IT backend & API functionality. Familiarity with Analytics ETL Tool –Alteryx.
    • Skills in data manipulation, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
    • Good communication and presentation skills to convey information effectively to team members.
