As a Senior Associate within the Business Analysis sub-function of FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting delivery of financial analysis, reporting, and insights to Finance leadership.
Your key responsibilities- Prepare monthly reporting and support monthly performance packages for respective business, with draft analysis and commentary
- Coordinate and summarize demand signals (wins, pipeline, backlog) and perform baseline analyses to inform forward‑looking views
- Support financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, using a variety of data sources and analytical approaches, and summarize observations and insights
- Contribute to the coordination and processing of key financial processes including Plan, Forecast, and Month End
- Provide data and interpretation of financial results via written communications and presentations
- Incorporate automation, AI, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in financial reporting and insights by partnering with Global Analytics, Data & Technology and Reporting & Data Analytics teams; identify automation opportunities and pilot improvements.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn, contribute to team initiatives, and raise the profile of the Finance team within the business

To qualify for the role, you must have- Bachelor and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance)
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in a related accounting or analysis function
Ideally, you’ll also have- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools, predominantly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Good interpersonal skills - can work alongside and gain the trust and respect of stakeholders at all levels
