  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degreein relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Provides calendar management and time planning support with attention to accuracy, timeliness, and conflict resolution. May manage community space/conference room calendars. Learns and/or aligns calendar based on knowledge of manager's preferences and operating style.
  • Possible planning and coordination of domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses.
  • Coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including Kaizen Events, Gemba Walks, Morale Events, Team Trainings, etc.
  • Team support including space management, office moves, new hire set up and onboarding and procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Active participant in the Business Support community.
  • Contributes to and oversees planning, tracking, and adjustment of equipment and inventory based on stock requirements and business needs.
  • Helps execute on the business cadence around the rhythum of business of the team and identifies patterns.
  • Proven professional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
