Lead strategic collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of new features and capabilities slated for release.
Educate and train internal teams (Support, Implementations, Services, Sales, Marketing) on upcoming features to ensure they can effectively communicate, sell, support, and enable these features for our customers.
Direct the development and distribute resources such as user guides, FAQs, tutorials, webinars, and other educational materials to facilitate the adoption of new features.
Oversee the identification and management of potential change impacts associated with new releases, migrations, and shutdowns to ensure minimal disruption to customers' business processes.
Curate and maintain a sophisticated repository of resources to help teams deeply understand the content and benefits of new release features or capabilities.
Establish and maintain robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from both customers and internal teams, using this feedback to continuously improve the release readiness process.
Champion and enhance collaboration between the Release Readiness team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless release experience.
Proactively identify potential risks associated with new releases and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
Extensive professional experience in project management or product management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
Experience with key tools - mandatory : Concur solutions and Micros
Requires deep Concur Product expertise and industry knowledge to strategically direct project initiatives and align them with complex business goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
Experience in developing educational materials and training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in change management, including identifying change impacts and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions for internal teams and customers.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
