Intern/Apprentice – Change Management

In this role, you will conduct training needs analysis, design, and develop training programs, coordinate training logistics, collaborate with PU on e-Learning curriculum, and KPMG, BY and internal COEs/business stakeholders. You will be involved in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for all roles involved. You'll play a pivotal role in a project involving numerous stakeholders and driving transformation and adoption within Philips.

You are responsible for

1. Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Training plan and arrangement: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, technologies, or ways of working.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

6. Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

7. Support on Program management: Stakeholder list maintainence, action tracker follow up, event organizing, etc.

8. Documentation: Maintain relevant program documentation in central folders to ensure transparency and accountability

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- Bachelor’s degree student in business, organizational development, psychology, or a related field is often required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Certification) can be beneficial.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive change initiatives.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others, and manage resistance to change.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective change strategies.

- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage change initiatives effectively.

Advantage- Previous experience in change management, project management, or a related field is usually required. Experience in leading organizational change initiatives is highly desirable.
