AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify marketing analytics business requirements (BRD) and help translate those business requirements into a solution design reference (SDR) which serves as the blueprint for deployment, and collaborate with dev teams for implementation
· Must have good understanding of the technical intricacies of campaign tracking, website data collection, related tools and technologies, and relevant industry-wide topics (analytics tracking, cookies, privacy, and data governance)
· Must have proven hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics across multiple web properties (Workspace features, segments, calculated metrics, etc…)
· Perform QC and UAT post deployment of Adobe Analytics solutions both in stage and prod
· Will be responsible for creating, documenting, and communicating analytics processes to ensure governance, consistency, quality, and scalability
· Manage our campaign ID generator (CMPID/UTM) tool and ensure naming convention consistency across our campaigns
· Knowledge and/or prior experience configuring Adobe Analytics Admin features including Report Suites, Marketing Channels, Custom Variables, Classifications, Campaign Tracking, is a plus
· Manage our Observe Point tool to ensure tags and events are continuously firing without interruptions and address any issues that arise post audit
· Manage user access to our various tools (ie heatmap tool, survey tool, Adobe Analytics, etc…)
· Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to process and analyze various data sets to help make key business decisions
· Ability to set challenging objectives and works against self-defined standards of excellence to continually improve personal performance
· Ability to work independently on projects or assignments without close supervision or detailed instructions
· Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff and vendors
· Provide training on various analytics tools to the extended team

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
