Job Area:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating best in class digital customer experiences and provide insights to stakeholders for improved data driven decisions, engagement with our audiences and privacy compliance. You will have experience in building campaigns for both B2C and B2B, specifically account-based marketing from SMB to Enterprise. You will work closely with business partners to define requirements, build audiences, measure performance, and test (A/B or multivariate). You should also be comfortable and can effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of AEP RTCDP as required by the role. This includes data architecture, audience development, and data flows between systems
Provide guidance and training on audience building in AEP RTCDP
Provide architectural subject matter expertise for AEP as needed
Perform QC (Quality Control) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) post deployment of AEP solutions across multiple environments
Manage and optimize dataflows and integrations
Create and update technical and business documentation
Collect use case, audience, or campaign requirements by working closely with stakeholders
Prepare, implement, and support detailed project plans
Build and manage audiences/campaigns leveraging AEP RTCDP, AJO, Target and other platforms
Configure and manage Adobe Target to build multichannel campaigns
Provide strategic audience insights leveraging CJA and other platforms for a deeper understanding of our audiences while uncovering new audience opportunities
Collaborate with the privacy office and other data stewards on data governance and consent management related projects
Debug, troubleshoot and fix configuration, setup, or other issues
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations to improve performance
Manage user access to our various tools

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced communication skills in English
3+ years of proven experience using AEP, including working on XDM schema architecture, building audiences, and data source/destination integrations.
Demonstrated hands on experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud suite of platforms, specifically, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Data Collection (Adobe Launch), Marketo and Adobe Analytics.
4+ years of experience supporting enterprise marketing technology implementations, preferably with AEP and CJA
3+ years of experience building audiences and segments
Solid understanding of digital marketing execution processes, audience segmentation, methods, legal compliance, and campaign analysis
Demonstrated competency in data transfer and ETL processes
Experience with REST APIs integrations and management
Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing B2B and B2C campaigns
Familiarity with B2B platforms such at 6Sense
Fundamental understanding of SQL databases, including query development and optimization
Experience with creating dashboards in Adobe Analytics or CJA
Experience in A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies across several digital properties
Detail oriented with experience in requirements gathering from multiple stakeholders and completing documentation
Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects without close supervision or detailed instructions
Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish working relationships with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
Strong agile project management background with the ability to manage several projects
Experience with Workfront and Jira preferred
Working experience in HTML, JSON, JavaScript, and CSS
Proven understanding of data privacy laws like GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
