B.S. or M.S. in human computer interactions (HCI), human factors, cognitive science, anthropology, sociology, psychology, or related field
5+ years research experience working within a technical environment
Proven experience with multi-disciplinary teams (Research, Design, Engineering, Business, R&D, and others) to ideate, iterate, launch, and refine new product designs
Experience in conducting qualitative and qualitative research methodologies ranging from generative to evaluative approaches (such as in-depth interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies)
Demonstrated success at developing and leading executive presentations for recommendations
An excellent research portfolio showcasing deep and rigorous research thinking and impact
Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal
A passion for Apple, it’s products, and its customers is a requirement
Fluent in Pages, and Keynote
Proficiency in data processing and analytical tools such as R, SQL, SPSS or equivalent
Previous experience working in e-commerce environment is a plus
