Today
- B.S. or M.S. in human computer interactions (HCI), human factors, cognitive science, anthropology, sociology, psychology, or related field
- 5+ years research experience working within a technical environment
- Proven experience with multi-disciplinary teams (Research, Design, Engineering, Business, R&D, and others) to ideate, iterate, launch, and refine new product designs
- Experience in conducting qualitative and qualitative research methodologies ranging from generative to evaluative approaches (such as in-depth interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies)
- Demonstrated success at developing and leading executive presentations for recommendations
- An excellent research portfolio showcasing deep and rigorous research thinking and impact
- Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal
- A passion for Apple, it’s products, and its customers is a requirement
- Fluent in Pages, and Keynote
- Proficiency in data processing and analytical tools such as R, SQL, SPSS or equivalent
- Previous experience working in e-commerce environment is a plus
