Responsibilities
The Director of Sales – Media and telecom will be selling our market leading video platform. You will create and maintain C-level client relationships with key stakeholders in the decision-making and closing process.
Work with large media and telecom companies as well as some medium sized businesses, across multiple verticals, to meet their video needs, supported by a team of Kaltura product managers and pre-sales engineers
Strategically identify, target, and close new Kaltura media and telecom customer accounts
Manage a complex, solution sale with a 3-12 month sales cycle
Introduce clients to the strength of our video delivery
Attend trade-shows, actively engaging attendees and initiating conversations with prospects
8+ years of media and telecom software sales experience, MUST have worked with media companies in Germany and West Europe and a wide range network
Success meeting and exceeding quotas with new business sales.
Closure oriented, sales hunter (proven experience is a MUST)
Experience proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions with C-level and other executive level decision-makers
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
