The purpose of this role

are responsible forneeds ofs and prioritizes demandingand travelschedules. Some of their responsibilities include coordinating meeting responsibilities, planning, organizing, and managing multiple calendars, coordinating all travel arrangements, and managingspecial eventsTown Halls

We're open to candidates who are based in, with the expectation that they can commit to being in the office three days a week. Since the role involves supporting the APAC region, there will be occasions when you'll need to participate in sessions that are timed to suit these time zones, which sometimes will be outside of standard Australian business hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional collaboration andcross-culturalcommunication with internal and external networks, particularly EAs forAsiaArea Vice Presidents and Area SMC Leaders.
  • Leadershipof the Asia SMC Business Support communityserving asrolemodelwitha passion for technology and learner mindset to adopt and encourage usage of AIin daily workto increase productivity of the community.
  • keyAsia-wideadministrative tasks such asmanagement of distribution lists andorganizational charts.
  • Active participation in theAsia-wide and GlobalBusiness Support communitywith an appreciation of cross-culturalnuances andpassion forworking with diverse cultures and teamsacross Asia and the globe.
  • Teamplayerwith collaborative mindset partneringclosely with other members of the Office of the CVP on teammanagement support, including recruitment and onboarding activities, communications, customer and partner experience andoperations.
  • Event coordination andlogisticsmanagementfor signature events.
  • Project ownership, balancing multiple complex projects and timelines.
  • Resource management, including expense trackingandbudget reporting.
  • Rhythm of Business management, including building and managing the annual ROBin partnership with the Chief of Staffand CVP Office team.
  • Travel management, coordinatingintensive globaltravel arrangements and itineraries.
