EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
· We need insight in how new tools can help in creating that insights, and who needs what tool in which phase of the process, and how we can secure the availability
· The research is aiming in building a model where we bring these elements together (tool, timing, purpose, buying cycle, stakeholder, engagement-type, etcetera)
· Preferably we also want a view on how we can monitor that process, using dashboarding.
· And last but not least, what is the explicit role of customer advisory in the process, the usage of tools, the monitoring and the customer engagement cycle.
· And preferably we also would like to have a view on how we can show the added value of these tools as part of engagements in our experience center.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
The internship is a master project.
Required skills are:
· Academic level, preferable industrial engineering, management science, marketing or technology
· Broad knowledge in the area of business processes, from supply chain to finance
· Knowledge on information technology, and ERP software, preferably familiar with SAP
Preferred skills are:
· Outgoing, strong in communication
· Committed, hard worker, team-player
· Native in Dutch, fluent in English
· Data analytics / intelligence, dashboarding
